    Our products are handmade using natural, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients. We’re also committed to sustainability, offering eco-friendly packaging and programs like NESycling.
  • Where are NES Soap products made?
    All our products are crafted in Dunedin, New Zealand, with care and attention to detail.
  • Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
    Yes! Many of our products are formulated with gentle ingredients suitable for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, check the ingredient list provided on each product page.
  • How should I store your products?
    To extend the life of our soaps, store them in a dry area between uses. Keep balms and body butters in a cool place to prevent melting.
  • How is NES Soap committed to sustainability?
    We focus on eco-friendly practices, from our vegan and cruelty-free formulations to our minimal and reusable packaging.
  • What is the NESycling program?
    Our nesycling program lets customers return clean, unbroken packaging for reuse. Currently available at Guild Dunedin, with plans for online options soon.
  • What packaging can I return?
    Perfume bottles, lip balm jars, body butter jars, and all balm tins are eligible for the NESycling program.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship internationally for most products! However, our Eau de Parfum cannot be shipped overseas due to its ethanol content.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. New Zealand orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take longer.
  • Can I return or exchange products?
    Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If you encounter an issue, contact us at info@nessoap.com
